What is Solal Magnesium Glycinate?
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle, carbohydrate metabolism and nervous system function. It assists in the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and maintains normal electrolyte balance.
How to use:
- Adults and children over 9 years of age
- Take 1 tablet daily with food
Ingredients: Each tablet contains:
- Magnesium glycinate (amino acid chelate) 1390 mg
- Supplying elemental magnesium 200 mg
- Boron 500µg
Warnings:
- Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients
- If you are on any medication or suffering from any medical condition, it is advisable to seek medical advice before starting any new medicine, supplement or remedy
- Do not exceed recommended dosages unless on the advice of a healthcare practitioner
